What's In your make up bag?

Hey Lovies!
Just wanted to show you all what's in my makeup bag and what I wear everyday.

Products:
- Rimmmel London Match Perfect Foundation (shade 400 natural beige) £6.99
Medium - full coverage foundation with added SPF18. It has tone technology which works with your skin tone and makes you look flawless under any type of light. lately I have been mixing it with a foundation from sleek as my skin tone has gotten darker from the sun.
TIPS: I apply the foundation using my flat top S.I.L.K Pro C141 brush from Royal and Langnickel this has dense brissells and really helps to give a flawless application.

- Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer (shade 3 and 4) £4.19
These concealers are my favourite from the drugstore! I have used a range of different drugstore concealers and in my opinion these are definitely the best quality. They offer a lot of coverage which is great because I have under eye circles. This concealer covers them immediately.
TIPS: It is also a good idea to set the concealer with a pressed or loose powder just to take the shine away from under the eyes as this will draw less attention to the area.

- Eyelash Curlers (QVS)
My eyelash curlers are from my college beauty kit as I had lost my QVS ones a week before this. The QVS ones are amazing and they really give a long lasting curl to the lashes. They also come with two replaceable rubber inserts. I had mine for 2 years and they were still going strong (until I lost them of course! haha) Sorry there's no link for this item :(

- Maybelline Great Lash Mascara (Very Black) £4.99
This mascara is brilliant for volume and length! (The best of both worlds) The lash building formula and brush makes lashes look fuller even grasping those tiny lashes for a full separated look. No clumps (unless you like the clumpy look) This is definitely an item I continue to reperchase!

- Rimmel London Scandal Eyes Lycra Flex Mascara £4.99 (now £6.99)
This was a limited edition purchase as I got sucked in with the introductory offer! This was also advertised on the TV as a versatile look. This mascara enabled you to go from day to night just by adding more mascara. No clumps. It has lycra technology that leaves lashes feeling flexible and soft and looking voluminous.

- Natural Collection Blushed Cheeks (Peach Melba) £1.99
I absolutely love this blush and it gives a natural colour to your cheeks. I thought that the colour would be too pale for my skin tone but was I wrong! It blends in so nicely and doesn't feel cakey on the skin instead it feels soft. It is very easy to apply. I apple this with my blush brush that I purchased a while ago from eBay (not very good quality but it does the job for now until I get my new brush set :)

- MUA Pro Pallette (Undressed) £4.99
This palette is the one similar to the Naked Palette by Urban Decay but at a fraction of the price! The colours are so pigmented! It isn't something I wear everyday but I use it quite frequently. It has earthy colours which can be used during the day and also dark greys which can deepen the look for a night out, it is so diverse which is why I love this product.

-Vaseline (Aloe Vera)
Now one interesting fact that I bet none of you know about vaseline...did you know that vaseline doesn't actually absorb into the skin...it actually prevents the moisture escape. So when we are applying vaseline to our lips and skin it is really doing the complete opposite, instead of moisturising our skin its just stopping the moisture we have already in our skin from escape. Since I learned this fact (from studying Beauty Therapy) I no longer use vaseline and instead I recommend using Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm Tin (£3.69) as it has no petroleum in it and is made from 100% natural ingredients and has moisturising oils to HYDRATE the lips.

"It's Ted Baker"

I must say that this is my signature drugstore fragrance! I love this body spray it is...
'scented with elegant bergamot and red fruit, highlighted with tuberose and patchoui'
...this gives it a slightly musky but floral fragrance that really does linger throughout the day. To be honest it is definitely a scent that I do not get sick of as I know other scents can be over-powering.
The packaging is plastic however, the detailed butterfly image and the 'TED BAKER LONDON Body Spray' text in a shiny bronze colour makes this packaging elegant. As it is not made of glass it is brilliant for travelling in your everyday handbag.
You can buy this in BOOTS for £5.50 for the 150ml bottle I have, which is an ABSOLUTE BARGAIN!

Recent Purchases!

Hi loves!
I just wanted to show you guys my recent buys. I purchased them from Superdrug, Asda and Boots as they are both my local stores.

Products:
£1.90
I love this product as it gives me a really close shave and leaves my sin feeling soft and smooth. it has a very subtle floral 'cotton' fragrance so it's not too overpowering.

-Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula £1.88(for 250ml)
This product is such a must have for me as I suffer from hyper pigmentation from my eczema and this just helps blend the scars as well as toning my skin and keeping it smooth. I love the fragrance as it smells like chocolate however they also do a fragrance free one which has purple text instead of blue.

I'm not really a fan of make up wipes but I love the fragrance of these and they are just easy for me to take off my make up before washing my face with my cleanser. They cleanse (built in eye make-up remover), tone and also moisturise which is always a plus to have 4 in 1 products.

This is infused with dark chocolate and orange oil to deeply purify and hydrate the skin (Normal to dry skin). I cannot wait to try this! If you didn't know chocolate has a lot of anti-oxidants in it to help deeply cleanse your skin. ITS ONLY 99p!

- Superdrugs Deep Cleansing Fruit Mask £0.99A concoction of raspberry, blueberry and cranberry fruit extracts. Combined with Peach Kernel Oil to hydrate, smooth and protect the skin. Again I can't wait until I try this! (Normal to dry skin) ITS ONLY 99p!

This is an amazing moisturising cream! it really brightens up my face and is an amazing base under foundation. it really gives you that dewy glow brilliant for the summer. It also has kiwi fruit and mulberry to even out your skin tone as well as giving you protection for UV rays. SAVE £3!

Enriched with nourishing Cocoa Butter, rich and creamy formulation melts into the skin and also provides gentle exfoliation. I have used this once before and it is absolutely amazing how soft and clean it leaves you face! I love this! SAVE £3!

As my skin is so dehydrated due to having eczema this is my hydrating lotion until I get another flare up. this cream really does hydrate my skin and keeps is soft. I would say if you don't suffer from eczema like e you could go 7 days without using it and your skin will still be hydrated however I have to use this as an everyday lotion to stay hydrated. A little on the expensive side but it does last a long time as a little goes a long way.

Tattoo!

Hello my lovlies! I know I havent posted anything up in a while Ive been a bit busy. So as a new post I decided to talk about my first tattoo experience.

I got my tattoo done in Reigate in a place called Tonys which is literally one minute walk from the station. I decided to get a rose with the leaves and without a stem.

The pain I would say was about 7/10 and 10/10 for the top leaves near the top of the shoulder. The outline hurt the most but the shading was about 4/10 for the pain.It took about 45 minutes and costs me £70.

They wipe down the tattoo with water and tissue, apply petroleum jelly and put cling film on it. After about an hr you take the cling film off and wipe down the wound again and apply cream.

I was told to use Bepanthen which is used for nappy rash but it is amazing for healing tattoos.I want to go back and get some more shading and maybe some words but still deciding.

Take note that my tattoo is stil in the healing process.Speak soon lovlies!
